    The recording will be at least 30 minutes long. This does not include any specific questions answered from you. I will do an audio recording of what I see and what I do during your energy healing. In these energy healings, I heal your Aura and Chakras. My healings are gentle and are guided by your Guardian Angels.

    45-50 Minute Zoom Sessions Spiritual Counseling

    When you have problems in life, I can talk to your Angels, and they can give me information to help you. I won’t tell you your future or what specific thing you should do. I help you understand your blind spots and get advice from your angels for your decision making. I am not a fortune teller or tarot card reader. My psychic abilities are to help you understand circumstances better and hear the advice your Angels have for you. I also have techniques to help you heal from past traumas. (These services are not mental health therapy.)

Inner Parts Work

Inner

You can heal from past traumas without experiencing the same emotions you had when harmed. I can show you how to get in contact with unhealed parts of you in a loving and supportive manner, without overwhelming emotions.

Feeling anxious? Overwhelmed? I’ve been there and I know how alone that can feel. I will work with you to teach you how to be really present for yourself so that you never feel alone again. Imagine a scared bunny that you comfort and soothe.

Maybe you sense a Tasmanian devil wanting to recreate chaos in your life that you build a fort with and hang out until he feels calmer.

Those are just examples of the inner parts work I teach.

My work is not Internal Family Systems but it is similar. I use a somatic inner parts approach.

It is not treatment for a mental illness but self-soothing and learning more about yourself.

My clients want to know to the core of their being that they are safe and loved. My specialty is helping all genders heal from past traumas with energy healing and inner parts work.

This is what helped me heal from a childhood of severe physical and emotional abuse and adult assaults as well as highly toxic work environments.

I’m ready to help you learn how to create a safe inner realm so that you feel secure and at home in your own body.

I’ve been a psychotherapist for over thirty years and I have studied on my own, outside my mental health field how to really heal and become free from the shackles of my own abuse history.

All of my sessions are offered via video chats in the comfort of your home or office. No need to drive miles, find a parking spot, get a babysitter, and leave work for a couple hours for appointments.

Spiritual Counseling Definition: Spiritual Counseling involves providing though-provoking inspiration to increase self-awareness, personal mastery and sense of wellbeing.

It is psychoeducational and intuitive and involves exploring the Client’s connection to a higher power (whom some might refer to as God) as well as the Client’s inner world, their subconscious inner parts.

Spiritual Counseling does not involve the diagnosis, treatment of medical, or mental illness.

Spiritual Guidance Counseling can involve channeling messages from Spirit Guides, Angels, and other High Vibration sources with advice to consider in making decisions, dealing with life circumstances, personal mastery and spiritual growth.

Topics that might be covered include but are not limited to:

  • recovery from past trauma,

  • current or past toxic workplaces,

  • stress management,

  • writer’s block (any creative block),

  • goal setting,

  • inner parts work,

  • improving interpersonal relationships,

  • overcoming self-defeating behaviors or

  • other topics that help the client build a blooming, thriving life.

The following currencies are accepted for services: USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, NZD, SGD, and SEK. Your payments are processed with Stripe. Refunds will return to the card used to pay for the services, however, there are no refunds for dissatisfaction with the services, only for cancelled appointments.
